Welcome to South Hams Community Action

South Hams Community Action helps local voluntary and community groups to flourish. We also work with our residents through our health and wellbeing team which includes social prescribers and community link workers.

Our work with residents includes one-to-one support, particularly around loneliness, social isolation and mental health. We also offer buddy support and training to enable digital inclusion.

Our work with groups through our communities team includes support and development with training, sharing knowledge and expertise, and enabling groups to find their own solutions through collaboration. We also promote and encourage local voluntary activity. We do this by providing a range of services, often in partnership with other members of Devon Voluntary Action

Members can access a range of invaluable advice, lower-cost or free training and events, and information for just £60 p.a.  More detail can be found on our membership page.
