Disability Confident Employer

Our role at South Hams Community Action is to support our communities, and we try to do this in a variety of ways. As part of our journey, we have come to realise that people in our communities with disabilities do not always have the same chances and opportunities as others. To help improve the landscape just a little, we have taken the step to become a Level One Disability Confident employer.
