Volunteer & Wellbeing Manager
Amanda's role as Health and Wellbeing Manager is to lead and assist our wonderful Social Prescribing Team and Community Link Worker who provide a caring, efficient, and personalised service to those people who have been referred to them for support.
South Hams Community Action works in partnership with South Hams PCN and Mewstone PCN across the South Hams area, to support local people with their health and wellbeing needs by listening to them and connecting them to local services and community groups.
